I had a terrible experience with Kevin Kovak at this business. I brought him 2 laptops for repair. One he said could not be fixed and tried to sell me a very expensive computer. The other laptop I received back after several weeks and it immediately crashed after three days of use. I called him and he refused to take a look at it again with out charging me a large amount of money. He accused our family of doing something to it or downloading something which we had not done. Terrible customer service and I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! Both laptops were fixed for a reasonable price by another local business who guarantees their work! BUYER BEWARE!!! Always get a guarantee in writing!
