Well I anticipate their arrival tomorrow to evaluate and recommend what is necessary to fix my furnace but I must comment on the initial interaction with this company. The rep was sooooo pleasant to speak with and just made me feel comfortable with her upbeat concerned attitude....While the other ten companies I called were almost robotic in their responses..... I will put another review on line after they have completed the job for me!
