Our puppy, Wicket, died after we brought her in for an exam for possible parvo and she was clearly misdiagnosed as the culprit for her lethargy, vomiting and bloody diarrhea. We were sent home with medication for worms that was not even the right dose as it was written on the package. And besides that, they should have kept her the 1st time we came in and maybe she would still be alive. When we brought her back later that same day and they finally kept her and put her on an IV, it was too late & she died that night, alone. Now we can't get through on the phone to find out if we can come pick her up or if they even still have her. Every time we call, for the last 2 WEEKS we get a busy signal! They have no message line, no email. I would not recommend this vet.

My toy poodle was thrashed by 2 of the neighbors lg.dogs early sun morn. Called 7 Vets in the area only this one answered the phone, met us there and spent 3 hours fixing up my pup. Good Doc.

They are a very busy clinic. They don’t charge an arm and a leg to get quality care for our pets. Thanks for all you do.

This place is absolutely wonderful! They saved my dog, who was on his death bed with no cash up front! My normal vet who I have used for 15 years denied my dog because I didn't have cash in hand. I offered to kennel my dog and pay for his treatment plus kennel fees and they still turned him down. I called this guy here (Anastaett) and they cared for my dog with no hesitation what so ever (even for being my first time ever going there). This office is absolutely wonderful! Thank you guys so much! My boy is now back to himself and playing and eating and no more force feeding him fluids!

This place is just awful. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional and their knowledge of animals is questionable. I absolutely WOULD NEVER recommend this vet. They're not the only ones in Warsaw. I highly recommend Alcantara Animal Clinic however.

I had to give one star but this place is not worth it the lady that works there is very inconsiderate and told us that dead is dead you can't bring the dog back. Well our animals are a part of our family and this was just rude!

in my time of need when my dog sky was sick they cared more about her then the almighty dollar they really do care they tried everything to save her to me thats real animal care they didnt know me and it was there first time seeing sky but they tried there best to make her life better i may have lost my baby but they made me feel like theres still good people in this world that still care and are willing to go above and beyond the call ty guys for being there with me and sky

I had a Pomeranian that had gotten into some poison. It was Sunday night and the vet met us at the clinic at 1:30am. The vet saved our dogs life. I think she is a great vet and I am very thankful for her.

i called 3 or 4 times on saturday august 20th about our beloved chihuahua Winston. not only did they NOT CALL BACK, I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A CALL AT ALL!! NOTHING! NOT EVE TO CHECK UP...RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been a cusomr for over 25 yrs., but NEVR AGAIN. I RECOMEND YOU FIND NEW VET... THIS ONE WILL JUST LET YOUR PET DIE, AND WON'T EVEN CALL YOU BACK!!

The staff there is wonderful. They are very caring towards the animals and understanding for the owners. Our family has been taking animals there for nearly 15 years now. The quality of care is high and their prices are lower than any I have found. 5 Stars!!!

I moved to warsaw missouri from a big city in az and never had such good service and care for my animals. everyone in the office was very nice. when my female golden delivered 10 pups i kept calling to make sure what she was going through was normal and never once did they get frustrated with me. the drs. were fantastic and i always had wonderful service. i have since moved back to az. and i miss that small town attitude. you can actually aford to take your animals to the vet. so many times here i have known people who cannot even aford to get their dogs shots becuz you get charged so much per visit. thankyou all in the office with Dr. Anstaett. we really miss you all,Cindi ,Amy,Molly and Mohawk Osmonson
