In response to DTS not sure who you are but I can honestly say you have to the wrong mobile home park. First of all we do not do business under several different names or alias's it would be kind of fraud to do so , if you lived here and we charged you anything to clean up then you must have been evicted for non payment of rent and left things for us to clean up after you, but I have never charged anyone 800.00 for clean up.
All evictions go through small claims court and the judge is the one to grant any kind of judgement amount for damages in which there has to be proof of any damages, and he is also the one to determine refund of a deposit, the courts also set 2 hearings one for possesion and one for damages, in which at both hearings both sides are heard and the judge decides the out come not us. He also tells you at the final hearing you have 30 days to appeal any decision he has made.
We do not nor ever have used anyone out of North Carolina nor any collection agency anywhere other than Small Claims Court.
If you have a bill in collection from us you may want to call them to verify its from this park and not some other park like Green Acres.

These are some of the biggest crooks, liars and cheaters in the industry for this area. They have many names and aliases but please for your own sake DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT engage in business with this company. You will be sorry. They are some of the most incompetent folks I have ever dealt with. Every time something was needed they would never get anything fixed. The deposit and the homes are a joke. Their rent-to-own program is a scam and rip off. They now claim to have evicted after one moved out and charged over $800 for cleaning which is crazy because there was nothing but pre-existing damages when I moved out. They sent my account to a collections agency out of Greensboro NC called Resolve Partners LLC who has me in collections for the amount. I'm literally stuck paying them money I don't owe but you really need to gauge your thinking here because Suburban Acres are nothing but a bunch of crooks who are out to do nothing but charge you money and fees.

The lot rent is priced fairly, they also rent trailers. The maitenance people are not to be trusted, you lack privacy, and people steal from other peoples yards. The park manager only does what she needs to, and the neighbors can be load and noisy.
