I was initially very pleased with our purchasing experience, however when our sectional was delivered with blemishes in the fabric we were told it had to be repaired instead of that one piece being replaced. We waited almost 8 weeks for it to be made and delivered and was told that was our only option. I spoke with the Rowe rep (who the sofa is manufacured by) and he said that "I was being ureasonable to want it replaced in stead of fixed" and then he hung up on me. I only requested this one piece be replaced, not the entire sofa. McCurry did offer to take the sofa back and refund our money, but would not order us another one. I personally do not think it is unreasonable to want a "New" product without defect be delivered when that is what you are paying for. I feel like this business chose the manufacturer over the customer, but then i was unreasonable to want my furniture to be in perfect condition when delivered also.
