Haas Construction is the best in St. Charles/St. Louis. Why? Because HE LISTENS. He's COMMUNICATIVE. And, his carpentry skills are on point!  I've been through a share of contractors that don't listen to your "list". Isn't that WHY we hire contractors for? Nick and his team are so detailed and thorough it left my extremely shocked and pleased (and I'm a hard one to please! Just say'n!). I was so impressed on how communicative the team was. AND they even CLEANED up after themselves every day. Imagine that? They were spectacular and were very transparent in every move we made in our kitchen renovation. Plus, gave great ideas along the way! I would trust them to do anything in my house, seriously. Hire Nick Haas and his team, you won't be let down. Trust me!

We have used Nick on several occasions on our rental property. We found Nick to be accommodating and courteous. He always has provided quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

We use Nick for all of our rental repairs....which can be everything from drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing and occasionally a gut and remodel. He has put in new kitchens and bathrooms, which look great. We've had new roofs, siding and doors put in as well. Renters are tough on our properties, but he always gets them looking great for the next tenants. We highly recommend Haas Construction.

We had Nick at Haas Construction replace our garage doors on our new house. We wanted taller, insulated doors with windows. He did great! We have a 2 story house, and in order to add the extra height to the garage doors, he had to support the second floor to raise the headers. His team was very professional and thorough, and completed the project on time. We are very happy with the work completed.

I am very disappointed right now. Haas construction bid a job for me, then backed out after letting me wait three weeks for his job. Be careful dealing with Haas Construction.

We had 16 new sliding glass doors installed at our apartment complex which we are very happy with the high quality of work that was done. All the trash and materials were cleaned up with no mess left behind. Thank You Nick for the great job you did.
