I will not use anyone else! They explained things to me and took care of my problem

This company was very helpful and very professional. I was needing work done and the office staff was quick and helpful and when the tech showed up they were very kind and helpful. I recommend this company to everyone.!!!

I called them with a problem and they helped me. They explained everything thing to me. I recommend this company to everyone who needs pest control help.

The owner is very unproffesional. I cannot get them to come fix their shottty job they did. I complained and i guess to them that means they can now just blow me off

Worst termite experience of my life. L & L Termite & Pest Control told me they could resolve the issue. After the first spray the technician told me it would be 48 hours and all termites would be dead. 2 weeks later I still had termites. Called them back and they came out and resprayed. 1 month after that i remove some wood in my basement........guess what termites. I call L & L Termite & Pest Control and told the secretary the problem and she said she would have the owner call me that day. i waited a week and never got a call. When I called back she said it must have been a miscommunication "he must not have gotten the voicemail I left him." When i finally got to talk to him, he said, "I'll be out there later this week. I'll call when I’m in the area." 2 weeks went by and he never called. I called back and left them a voicemail and they haven't returned my call. Its been 2 weeks since my last call. I purchased and extended warranty. How can i expect to have them come in the future if they won't fix the initial problem?

I would never recommend them and if i were you i would stay away!

L & L Has always been professional, and Courteous to us. We have been customers since 2008. They spray our house and yard several times a year, and we have never had issues with scheduling or them showing up late. I would recommend them to anyone in the area, if you are looking for exterminator needs.



We are having them out this next week to spray for ants, as they are marching into the house because of the small rain storm last night. and the weird weather we have been having.

These people were so nice and did an excellent job.

The owner is a childish man that does not no how to tell time. I had an appointment time of 3pm. I work the graveyard shift and even this is early for me. I got up at 2pm and got in the shower. At 2:15pm he was knocking on my door. I asked him to please come back in 15-20 min. He tore out of my driveway like a pissed of 16 year old. When no one came back, at 3:30pm I called the office to find out what was going on. They lady told me that was the owner of the company and as I was trying to explain what happened she hung up on me. Really?? Horrible customer service and childish people working there.
