Sketchy Billing

Their Billing Statements they send out do not include a contact phone number. Also Hand Written notice was misleading to the actual facts of the bill.

To all the doctors of the worl...

To all the doctors of the world, just because you have a medical license does not mean you know anything about what we are experiencing as a patient. And all the tools and machines you use to diagnose someone, does not mean anything either. Just because you dont see any evidence of something, does not mean the patient is exaggerating it.

Wonderful facility, great staff, excellent service

MD Heckler's facility is beautiful, modern and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and effecient. MD Heckler is very easy to talk to and made me comfortable right away. I was impressed at the way he related to his staff and was confident in thier ability to solve my problem. I would recommend his practice to anyone needing his specialty. I can't imagine anyone in Kansas CIty being any better. We are lucky to have him in Warrensburg.
