Made a verbal contract for Ludivine to clean our house and set a date to start. Received a text message stating that she had another job to do that she forgot about. Set up another date and she never showed. Tried to contact her several times on her website phone number, her cell phone and her website. Never received a call back at all. She is not reliable. Do not contract with this maid service.

She is friendly, hardworking, and takes in-stride any extra requests we may have.
