WARRENDALE PA DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Don’t even waste your time trying to reach this PO by phone. Nor will they call you back. My local PO finally got a response from the Warrendale PO that they don’t have my package, which I desperately needed. My package was scanned into Warrendale and was never scanned out for delivery to my local PO.

What are they doing with the packages in Warrendale? Why is this being allowed to happen to customers by the PO? My local PO has great customer service but the customer service and professionalism out of Warrendale is terrible at best.

I’m going to check with my local PO and if my area for delivery has to go thru Warrendale always, I will never ship with USPS again. I recently moved to this area, absolutely love my local PO customer care but Warrendale PO service is horrible.

Package scanned in but not to be found in Warrendale? What did you do with it? Smh

PO Managment needs to take a strong look at what is taking place with operations in Warrendale. Warrendale’s service is hurting a large region being a distribution hub. Fact.

I have had nothing but trouble with this postal service office.
You can never talk to a person or ever get any answer from them.
This needs to be fixed I don't understand how they are allowed to mess with people's mail the way they do. This is ridiculous. I have customer who are furious with me because they are not getting their packages. I currently have a package sitting there sense May 11, and I can not even speak with a person who is willing to even help. they don't answer their phone. FIX IT PLEASE.

I live about 25 minutes from the Warrendale location. My package departed that facility on saturday night and I expected it to arrive monday or tuesday. The next update I received was on wednesday saying it was being processed through Warrendale again. Then on thursday it was in Pittsburgh... the opposite direction from my house. It has already been several days past when it should have been delivered. This isn't the first time this has happened and I'm sure it won't be the last.

My name is Gary, and I'm from Dennison Ohio, I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to me last Saturday from Warrendales Post Office, and they still never sent it o uhh t, and when I tried to call I never got an answer from them. I think that that all should be fired and get new people in there that will do the job the right way.

I'm having a baby and my mom sewed the curtains and crib skirt. The package is lost just like every other package that goes through the terrible facility. When you call, you get no answers about what is going on all day. Exactly what do the people that work there all day do? They can't answer questions and packages are always lost or "in transit." Maybe some new management needs put in place.

I have no idea why their allowed to do this. Sent my son a package on the 9th and it supposedly left there but fell off the radar since. Theres no explanation for the mass number of items lost after going to this facility. I got signature confirmation so i didnt nearly get the proper insurance to cover the contents thinking if anything it would arrive late instead of not at all. Theyre stealing and obviously no one cares about it.

This is just another story of how the Warrendale PA USPS sorting facility has screwed up. Again. My package was supposed to be delivered today. On December 18 it "left" this facility. For the last four days it's been "in transit to destination". Now it's in NH- seemingly moving further away from me instead of closer. F'ing awesome. Strong work USPS!

Priority order was 15 days late and shipped Incorrectly to god only knows were because of this facility!

Same as everyone else. Packages end up in purgatory at this garbage facility. I kinda need my glasses but they won't give them to me. There's a nice pattern to it, actually:

1) Say package is on its way to destination

2) No updates

3) Say package is delayed, back at the Warrendale facility

4) Repeat until the customer is ready to scream.

On the plus side, maybe sometimes they'll take so long that someone will forget that they ordered anything and when the package finally decides to show up it'll be like a Christmas surprise.

EDIT: Oh, and even better, the listed phone number is legit not in service. If you try and call them, it just beeps a few times and goes nowhere. I'm half wondering if there even IS a Warrendale USPS facility or if it's just an empty building the post office drops packages at.

My second horrible experience with this post office. I sent a package to my brother last year which never arrived, I sent another 2 day delivery package last week, which hasn't arrived.....No one answers the phone and both experiences have been a nightmare. I am always willing to give anyone a second chance.....next time FEDERAL EXPRESS, I can see why USPS is losing money. I would not even give them a one star rating, but I guess that I don't have a choice!!!!

Herein lies the evidence. The absolute WORST and truly incompetent government employees. Of course, you cannot call them. I'm about to send some of my local relatives out there to maybe get some answers. Shameful. I think we should all file complaints against this place! Does not even warrant one star!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. I had ordered a new cell phone and accidentally sent it to my university. It got sorted at Warrendale, but because it was priority shipping, it was taken care of no problem.

Unfortunately, my university immediately forwarded it to my dad's house in Youngstown with just the general cheapest shipping available, apparently. That was seven days ago.

It arrived at Warrendale for the second time over five days ago, and I haven't heard from them since. If it weren't already 2 pm EST, I would call them right now. That being said, now I have to wait until tomorrow to see if I can find my package. I'm outraged at the obvious lack of care or organization of this facility.

The Warrendale USPS is negligent at best. Can't help believing other reviewers comments about the possibility of theft from the workers...or ignorance.

My priority flat rate envelope was mailed out @ 4:27 pm on May 11 (frm. the midwest). According to their tracking, it arrived in Warrendale on the 13th @ 1:30 am....from there it has simply gone off the rader
Customer Service opened an investigation this morning, however, Im having a difficult time remaining optimistic!

The only good thing is that I can replace the check that was inside addressed to Carnegie Mellon University. How the hell do our postal workers screw up getting an envelope to the largest institution in THEIR state?!

My package going to an APO address has been stuck in Warrendale, PA since October the 11th! I'm really getting furious! I spent lots of time and lots of money to get a care package together for my son and his troop! Would be really great if they could get it! Really disappointed in the system!

Total my package has been sitting in this facility for almost a full week. Please use Fed Ex are UPs instead of these clowns for major packages.

My tracking number stated that it would be delivered on 9/26/2016. I checked again, because today is 9/26/2016 and it is still showing as having left the Warrnedale Pa Post office, 4 days ago, but never showing any arrival at any other Post Office. Living in Maryland does not take that long. This is not the first time that this has happened.

My mail was supposed to arrive on 9/10/16 from Pittsburgh to Los Angeles. It has not arrive yet and it is 9/22/16 already. Tracking say my package is sitting at WARRENDALE, PA 15086 since 9/6/16, so it has been there for 16 days already. Who knows what is going on at this USPS facility? Our Federal services has failed the American people.

I had a package going from Arizona to California, after 2 days of no info, somehow arrives in this town of warrendale,pa. How in the world did that happen. Then I am told by usps I can't do anything for 10 more days. If it's what others are complaining about, it might be weeks of waiting. I thought this was digital age where everything is scanned and computer tracked so nothing gets misplaced or lost. Yeah right.

My package has been sitting at their facility for the past 19 days now. What a horrible experience. Package was supposed to arrive August 8th and today is the 27th and still nothing.
