An Olean man is jailed on charges that he molested two teenage girls in exchange for cigarettes while he worked for Beacon Light Behavioural Health System in Bradford.

38-year-old Steven Mesiarik allegedly fondled the girls, who are 14 and 16, after offering them cigarettes, and encouraged them to kiss each other while he watched them.

Staff would explain how much they loved to restrain those children, like they got joy.

Take your children far far away from this place.

They are not only rotten with children but equally bad with adults under their care. I hope someone cares enough to get a class action lawsuit started to get these people to make proper amends and sort out their act.

substandard care and abuse !! In a sting group home MGR charged with se crimes on 2 teens!! ( the bradford era) I have asked Brian larson , Nate gressel , Michele Kicior, Robin Smith , Jessica MackBundy for help related to what I feel is substandard care and abuse. I have reordings and pictures. Also my child was hurt when glass shattered all over her from head to toe they refuse to document or give me reports.All they know is how to do lie and hide info. Unlicensed therapist fresh out of school is the help my child gets.My child has been made fun of and picked on by staff!! Even with a recording ( they refuse to listen to ) my child is a liar they dont want to know the truth!!To avoid a law suit I will say this is my view and the way I feel and statements are "alleged".
