DESIGN After meeting with you and your foodservice staff and reviewing your menu, BFA will design and layout your kitchen space using state of the art CAD software. We will provide scaled drawings, mechanical schedules, specification/cut sheets, and hood & Ansul drawings. We will work closely with the project architect and mechanical engineer to co-ordinate all of the required utilities to insure the equipment will be installed properly. SALES BFA will provide you with item specifications and a price for each piece of equipment. All equipment can be picked up at our warehouse, drop shipped to your job site or designated warehouse via common carrier or UPS, or we can deliver the equipment with our own truck. If you already have a list of equipment or specifications for your kitchen equipment package, we will be happy to provide you with an itemized price for each piece of equipmen INSTALLATIONS BFA will consolidate your equipment package at our warehouse, deliver the equipment with our own truck and personnel, unload, uncrate, assemble & set the equipment in place in your kitchen. Hood systems will be completely installed from the hood to the roof. Walk in boxes will be installed and refrigeration systems piped and charged. After the equipment is hooked up to the required plumbing and electric utilities, we will start up the equipment and insure the equipment is operating properly. We will also instruct you in the proper use and maintenance of your equipment.
