NEVER use this company for any service! They are a total ripoff. They do not stand behind their work, and were ill mannered from the day they came to do estimate to the refusal to come back and fix their crappy work. They incorrectly measured the slope of the cement slab that my awning covers failing to allow for the pitch in the slab to direct rainfall to drain. Now our awning is sloped downward by over 5 inches in relation to the roof line. It is noticeable from the street, and is an eyesore to the neighborhood. They said they would return over three weeks ago now, and I have not heard from them. Please run away from any instinct you have that your outcome will be different. The work crew had no allegiance to the product they delivered and did not notice or care that their installation was shoddy. They were out of the driveway the minute the last screw was in place. It took three months to have my awning installed from the order date--- missing the height of the summer season --and with all that time they failed to create a decent product!!
