I was very disappointed by the service we had done, I told the man I spoke to what key I wanted X232/Y12 and I told him anywhere between 20 and 50 is fine, he said I need to know exactly, I told him 20 is fine. He was very rude and not nice at all the whole time I was speaking to him on the phone, I was never rude to them. Very bad experience
