I beg to differ with the last poster. I have worked with Mike for many years now. He is the most reputable computer support person I have ever had. He is very reasonable and will work with you any way he can. His integrity is outstanding. I have referred him to others and they have been very happy as well.

The owner of this business Mike Rocca has a bad attitude he told me he could remove a virus no problem well I had to take it back to him 4 times before he finely got it off my system and if you want it back in 2 days forget try 2 to 4 weeks he is a rip off. If you want your system fixed take it somewhere else than Frienze Computers. I would give this location a -3 star rating.

As with many users, I let my guard down on the internet...on my brand new rig, no less. Thinking I could eliminate a simple malware redirect, I spent over a month hammering away at the infection on my system. Finally, I broke...something...and a lot of my functionality died. Seeing Firenze's display ad in the Warren Weekly, I took a chance. And what a great idea.The owner, Mike, was courteous, friendly and a great listener. For a reasonable $75 (my snowblower rebuild costs more!) my system was back to me THE SAME DAY, running crisp and clean. What a relief!Kudo's to Firenze - they have my biz and I will return for any other major work. I highly recommend over the big box stores that take weeks to fix your system.

My computer wasn't acting right and had a virus that I couldn't get rid of. I brought my computer to these guys and they cleaned it out and got it working again. They charge one flat fee for this and not a per hour fee. I would take my computer here again.
