The quality of the installation was very poor. Damage to the house to terrible caulking. Do not use this company.

I needed to replace windows on my entire house. I had quotes from 2 other "big" name window company's that advertise on TV all the time. Then I called Custom Vinyl. The owner himself came out to measure and gave us a quote about 40% less than the others. He was very professional and gave us the best recommendation for our situation ,which actually saved us money! The job was finished exactly when and how it was promised and the workers were clean and polite. I will use them again for another house we have and I look forward to it.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Custom Vinyl Windows & Siding. From the first phone call to when they actually arrived to replace my windows, I was treated with nothing but respect and was provided with a very knowledgeable staff that answered all of my questions. It didn't hurt that they were super-friendly :) My windows look great and they were also very affordable. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking for affordable, fantastic window service!

Exceptional product combined with excellent follow-up service.

Owning a few rental properties i have finally found a good company to call when i need some work done. I really liked that they treated me as a valuable customer and not just an account number or address. I have had them do two window jobs and will use them for future improvements in the near future on my other units. They were accommodating and priced competitively in this stumbling economy.

I had them come out and give me a price and never gave me a hard time on anything. Even after i decided to go with them and have the work done the installers were curtious and polite. They even went above and beyound for what we origionly wanted to do. After all my windows were installed they cleaned everything up with their own vucume cleaner and picked everything outside. The sales person didnt want any money down when we agreed to do the project saying he doesnt want any money till the job was done and we were satisfied. I would recommend this company not only becuase its a family owned business but their customer service is the best I have exsperianced with any company and they do great work.

When I was looking for windows, siding and roofing. I called several home improvement co. to me this was a big project after talking to custom vinyl windows (I got 4 quoits they was number 2) they highly recommended that I check with BBB.ORG before I buy from any body to check out how long they have been in business and look at the complaints they have. Boy was I taken back the one company I was going to chose had the worse file. Custom vinyl windows told me they had an A+ rating and been in bussines since 1971 I am glad I called them out. They did everything they promised and things that I would never think of. I would recommend them to ever body
