After purchasing and playing a $2295 accordion I was dissatisfied with the features of the accordion. I previously owned an accordion that was simpler, cheaper and had less features than the one I purchased. I went back to Castiglione and asked if I could trade the accordion for one that was similar to the one I previously owned and get some type of refund for the difference in value for the accordion. I offered to pay a $300.00 fee for the expense and hassle associated with the trade. I was told that the only thing I could do was exchange my accordion for something of equal or greater value which left me with a purchase that I was completely unsatisfied with. For reference, they would allow me to exchange the $2295 accordion for a $1000 accordion but refused to give me part of the difference in value. BOTTOM LINE - you better be absolutely SURE you are getting what you want, because once they have your money, you have no options.
