It was okay customer service can use some work. I will go with some one else next year possibly still on the fence

Armstrong Irrigation left me hanging!



I had a winterization appointment set up with Armstrong this year, based on all the good reviews I've seen. The day they were supposed to do the job, there was a big storm. I was told they'd leave a bill. I got home, didn't see a bill, so I called. I said I understood why they didn't come by, but I'd still like to have the work done. I left 3 more messages, which were never returned, and now their answering machine is unplugged.



I didn't find another service because a promise is a promise, and I had agreed to use their services. But, they apparently don't operate by the same sort of code of conduct. If they had just been honorable enough to return my call and say they couldn't do the work they had promised, I could have found someone else to do the work. So, I'm screwed.

I called and left a message for Armstrong on a quote for winterization. I got a return call from Chris himself in a hour. Although I already scheduled the work from another company (Because I doubted that I would get that fast of a response), I really thought he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and sounded like a really great guy. I will go with another company this year as I do not like to commit to someone and then back out but I will probably be using Armstrong for future irrigation issues.. Thank you Chris for your quick response and being a great guy to talk to.

Chris, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He is everything you want in a contractor: honest, hard-working, reliable, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He repaired a broken pipe, as well as a sprinkler line, and a few leaking sprinkler heads. He explained everything over the phone and was willing to take the job that same day. In addition, his pricing is very reasonable. I have already recommended him to my brother in law and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. He's my new go-to sprinkler guy!
