I was hesitant about blindly picking someone to come into my home to work on my computer. Admittedly I am computer illiterate and fearful of being taken advantage of when it comes to things I know little about and was concerned about getting someone unskilled who might make things worse and even lose my photos and music.When the tech from SAS arrived it only took a few minutes until I realized I had made an excellent choice. He arrive on time! The tech obviously really knew his stuff. He was personable and friendly and seemed to really enjoy helping people. He explained to me what the problem was and how he planned to resolve it. He also told me how long he thought it would take and to my surprise quickly resolved my problem in less time than he estimated. My machine is now running like new again!
