My truck sat at their location for TWO weeks, without even being looked at, and we were never called for updates. As a former heavy duty mechanic, I understand fully how garages should run. They kept saying "We're taking another look at it", or "It should be done tomorrow" or "The mechanic isn't here today". We had to call every few days just to see what was going on, meanwhile my business is losing thousands of dollars of lost revenue. I literally took the $120 lost, again, and towed it to a different mechanic.

WORSE SHOP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! RUN

I brought my truck to them about 1 months ago for a rear repair. I left my truck there over night, they looked at it called me the next day to pick me truck, for what I wondered. So I took my broke truck back home and they said they will call me back when they find parts, ha never called me back and why did they make me take me truck back. Well truck was fixed by (M&M AUTO) for anyone going through the same thing. I just alway thought customers came first, not to (J&J AUTO AND TRUCK REPAIRS) in warminster.
