I called John Goss for a dishwasher replacement. John was prompt, clean, courteous and made sure every detail was covered. The previous owner of my townhome put a new kitchen floor down without raising the cabinets which made the removal of the old dishwasher difficult. John handled the situation perfectly, even cleaning up some of the flooring material left from 10 years ago. I recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

I cannot say enough good things about John. He works quickly and efficiently and doesn't overcharge. He's a very pleasant person to deal with and he's always made himself available whenever a home plumbing or heating issue has come up. He's a great example of what a hard-working business owner is. I recommend him anytime I have the opportunity.

John came out to my residence and did what I believe to be work that was above and beyond any of my expectations. I cannot begin to say how happy I am to have met John Goss and to have had him perform the needed repairs in my home. He is is certainly an expert in his craft and the work performed was priced exceptionally well. I now can say I know a truly good plumber and will certainly be passing around his name.

John arrived at my house within minutes of his estimated time.

He took a look at the problem, and told me he'll have it fixed in no time.

He went to his truck, came back with a bunch of tools, and went right to work.

Before I knew it, he came to me and said the job's done.

And it was, including the tools packed and cleaned up.

His price didn't knock me over like I expected.

Goss Plumbing and Heating arrived in good time, did not hesitate to confront the problem,

and the job was done fast, and done right, and he backs up his work.
