Provided by YP.comHorrible Customer Service & Incompetent Staff - Stay Away!!
I purchased an Apple Watch for my husband from the Wareham location (while Christmas shopping in the area). After a few days of using the watch my husband decided he didn't like it and was going to return it. We actually live very close to the Kingston location, so when it was time to return it I went to the Kingston Mac Express. I returned the Apple Watch (open box) with the original receipt and packaging. However, the Staff at the Kingston Mac Express informed me that I couldn't return the Apple Watch there, and we had to drive 40 minutes to the Wareham location. I was furious so I called the Wareham store hoping they could resolve the issue, only to be put on hold for 25 minutes and then told "sorry you have to return at the Wareham location." When I returned the Apple Watch to Wareham Mac Express I explained all the extra hassle I had to deal with trying to return the product, (without a valid reason) other than their staff being incompetent. So I asked them to waive the 10% restocking fee (for open box). They told me NO- they can't. Staff at the Wareham Mac Express had an opportunity to make things right, and not charge me the $30 restocking fee, but they decided they didn't care about their customers and the aggravation I had to deal with. My advice is STAY AWAY from Mac Express. Don't waste your time dealing with amateurs and purchase any Apple equipment directly from an Apple Store. Very disappointed and no longer a customer of Mac Express.

Provided by YP.comHorrible horrible experience getting my iPhone 6 fixed. Told me 24 hrs, maybe 48 hrs tonged it back.....NOT. Could not fix it themselves, lack of experience both with dealing with an Apple product and bad bad bad customer service. Explained to me without first asking that they sent my iPhone to Apple in CA for repair. Gave me no opportunity to come up with a Plan B or ask if I wanted to do that.. Simply sent it off and said, sorry, must have been a miscommunication and nothing we can do. No loaner phone, nothing. Run away from this franchise.mit is not even a real Apple Store. Drive to Braintree, Boston or Providence to a real Apple Store.
It's unfortunate we ran into complications with communication and turn around times for Joe. After receiving and installing the new receiver for this phone which was the original issue, testing showed the issue was not resolved. Due to the repair process of the issue not being resolved the next step was to send Joe's iPhone directly to the manufactures repair depot for repair or replacement. Since our tech wanted to get Joe's iPhone fixed ASAP and not have anymore down time our technician processed his phone to be overnighted out prior to updating Joe with a phone call. We certainly apologized to Joe and were able to issue him a loaner iPhone 6 that very same day while his iPhone was out being serviced. The communication should have been much better with Joe and we will ensure this kind of situation won't happen in the future. We have very good customer feedback and do our very best to treat all customer repairs with care. And we certainly understand the importance of having a working phone. We have trained staff that has been working on Apple products for over 11 years and continue to train yearly as new products are introduced. Sincerely, Robert H.
