Turkey was roasted by them with reheating instructions enclosed. Heated for 1.5 hours as instructed. Turkey was promptly refrigerated after dinner. We had leftovers on the second night and my husband ended up violently ill, probably food poisoning, a short time after eating. He said the turkey tasted gamey and the texture was mushy. Bye bye turkey. Threw it out. Turkey and money down the drain.Never again.

Wow after reading the review below i felt like i had to stop and write because they aren't even talking about the same place! I've been to the new hyde park and wantagh locations. I have been a customer for years and have not had a bad experience once. The food is always fresh, the prepared foods are a little on the expensive side but what do you expect? its a gourmet italian supermarket and the idea that i don't have to cook or clean up is worth the extra few bucks. I really like the cheeses here, the bread is awesome, and the cookies, yummy. The cold cuts are the freshest i have found.
