I got into an accident 10/21 on rt 2 west bound in Lincoln, MA. This company performed my tow. On 10/25 I gave them a call asking about whether they did scrap, and on the 27th I called asking to speak to the owner about price, seeing as they charge an $35 overnight fee and the employee made it sounds like it might do me some good to speak with him. I'm a full time student without a job, so money is a difficulty. I called every day/every other day leaving messages for him to call me. It's 11/8 and I've still never spoken with the owner. I spoke with an employee yesterday who claimed I've never called or left messages, despite the fact that I spoke with that exact man several times. At this point, my bill was $810, ($700 in holding fees). Not until I threatened legal action for predatory business practices did I ever make any progress. For all my efforts, and despite the fact that I've been ready to resolve the issue since 10/27, the owner still demanded $600, having never spoken with me
