Provided by YP.comMercedes Benz of Walnut Creek is the place to go if you wanna buy EV vehicles. I just leased a super nice EQE SUV 2023. Look for Jessica Walters and her team. They are wonderful and thank me later.

Provided by SuperpagesI made an appointment for service and planned to wait, they informed me they were behind and could take me home or to the mall instead. I opted for the mall, I was called a few hours later and picked up. I was not charged anything extra, just the A service which included a car wash. I'll be back!

Provided by SuperpagesThe Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz dealership marketing/sales personnel, specifically Ed Jung, Gary Crockett, Blaire Pritchard, and Shawna Davis, were extremely cordial, considerate, and gracious in delivering a professional approach throughout the buying timeframe from 'just looking' to 'post purchase'. We could not have asked for a better experience. We felt no obligations, no pressures, no lack of care & support as we were making our decisions on what and where to purchase our vehicle. Ultimately, Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek, our legacy dealer for our ML430, was the best choice and we were rewarded with a superb experience. I also appreciated the sincere and extraordinary efforts of the Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek sales team to support each other during their individual 'off days' when we were continuing to move forward on our decision to purchase the E sedan. In this decision, I, too, want to mention that John Ford, our Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek Service Advisor for our ML430

Provided by SuperpagesMy service advisor Jack Kiki, was exceptional. I'm a military spouse taking care of the household while my husband is deployed. It was nice that Jack understood the high quality that I expected from Mercedes Benz and he went above and beyond his call of duty. Thank you Jack for a job well done ! Kudos!!

Provided by YP.comI've had all but one services here on my car. You are assigned a service manager, I believe by alphabet of your last name. I have to say, I originally had the best service manager and I never felt like he was trying to add anything extra or trying to find things wrong with my car and when you would go in there you felt treated pretty good for the most part and it's very organized and I liked the fact that I had my own service guy. Well he left about a 1 1/2 ago and I now have a new service manager and although he is nice, let me just say, it was a whole different experience with him. I totally felt like he was trying add stuff on and gauge me for some reason and I don't know if that's even true, but the fact that I felt that way for the first time since going there, made me feel a little resentful. I know that it's their job in the service department to make as much money as they can, but at least try and be a little slick about it...I just felt like he wasn't and I haven't been back yet, in fact I'm overdue on my service, because I just don't want to go through that again and being a woman is even worse. I know they probably are thinking, if you want to own a Mercedes, then you better expect to pay, but I'm not rich and even if I were, I don't think you should have to put out money just because.
I will say, that everyone there is always very professional, very friendly and courteous, so as far as customer service goes, I would have to give them an A+. Just not sure how I feel about the service situation, but I guess that's where they make a lot of their money, so it would be a little different.
