The customer service @ the door was awesome. I just purchased a jersey and had it customized @ the store, which I thought was convient and awesome. The gentleman working the counter deserves a pat on the back. The store did not carry a size I needed so I inquired with the gentleman behind the counter if they might hhave it in other stores, online? Etc....he politely helped me out saying that my size was at the location in San francisco(ball park). Came back, to pick up my custom jersey about 30minutes later and wanted to ask if they could tell me how many smalls they carry @ the other location, since I will be traveling there I want to make sure. Another gentleman told me that they can definetely help me @ the counter. But another gentleman I encountered told me that he couldn't help me, even when I told him his coworker did just 30min prior. He was worried about the long line. And told me he couldn't help me. How rude is that?! Never again will I purchase from this location again! First time.....and strike three....your out! Very disappointed in your service, when one does the total opposite from the rest it makes everyone look bad..
