This business is very un professional. It treats it employees very poorly. Upper management and owners are only concerned with bottom line no matter what the cost. Expects employees to work for free doing training they require on their own time. Meetings you have to attend you are not paid for your time. If these people call you looking to hire or do work for you, I advise you stay away.
