I don't understand how you could own a business and have people working there who could care less. The place is dirty, the woman's bathroom was not working and smelled. The staff at the desk was not helpful at all. They where sitting in the back the entire time. Once I was there and they were all bowling and we had to wait at the desk to pay for another game. They don't run any specials at all. The price of bowling is not cheap anymore and one would think that when business is slow you would want to generate people to come in and spend some money. The only person that was helpful was the person working the snack bar which was great when I wanted something to drink. Gary in the pro shop is awesome. Too bad the rest of the staff is not like that. Maybe the owners should care a little more!!!!!

My family and I went there to enjoy a nice day of fun and bowling. We had several issues with the lane we were assigned - the machine broke down, the scoring system didn't work correctly and my bowling ball became chipped and gauged. I went to the desk area to speak to someone about the constant issues we were having and to see what could be done. The woman behind the desk, who I think is one of the owners, immediately became nasty and defensive and started insulting me and my family (including my handicapped son). I have never been treated so badly in my life or seen someone become so nasty. I really was shocked. In the end we left. What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience was ruined by the rudeness of the employees at this place. I hope no one else makes the same mistake of patronizing this establishment.

We went to try out the new place and the lanes and facility was very unkempt. It looks like they spent money to clean it up initially but are not keeping up with it. There was also an issue with the pin machine on our lane and we went to tell the employees at the desk. They seem very rude and bothered by us even telling them something was wrong with the lane. For $4 a string you think they would have better customer service! My friends and I will bowl somewhere else.
