I've live in one of their managed condos in Canton MI. They are slow to respond to issues and try to always make it the owners issue unless it benefits them. Their staff or at least the one that handles our condo is only acts if she feels she has no choice. Several residents including myself are considering moving because of Whitehall. I could go on but it best simply said buyer beware and stay away.
