I took my Seiko clock in here and he charged me $50 to fix it. I asked for a warranty and he gave me a 1 year warranty (November 2014 – November 2015) and when the clock stopped working, he kept putting batteries in the clock and acted like it was fixed. I took the clock in 4 times and each time he put a battery in the clock. Then 7-29-15, I took the clock in again and insisted he stop putting new batteries in it because that was not the problem. He told me he should have charged me for the batteries. He got extremely mad and acted like he was doing me a favor. He is a real jerk!! Don’t go here unless you want to be ripped off.
