don't walk run away from this dealership the customer service is terrible

This dealership is the easiest car dealer I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. There is no hassle or scamming on prices, and they are so easy when it comes to communicating with the customer. I did my whole last deal over email and it worked out great, where i only had to spend 30 minutes at the dealer to sign the paperwork and learn the car.

I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer to everyone I know!!!

Avoid this dealership. Their service department is beyond incompetent, but what's worse is that they make the customer out to be the bad one, instead of focusing on the problem and analyzing the issues. They are incapable of fixing certain problems, and don't have the self awareness that maybe they should call in an outside (Chrysler regional?) technical expert. Service manager just gets defensive and then deflects recurring warranty issues back to the customer. Not a way to build long-term relationship. Will never buy and take my car there again.
