terrible workmanship, uneven hem on a pencil skirt, and then she gives all kinds of excuses. uneven hem on sleeves. Then she hung the skirt on a shirt hanger with safety pins which created pulls in the fabric. Now my suit smells like a used clothing store- disgusting. I will never go there again and you shouldn't either if you like your clothes.

I have never been upset enough to write a review, but this was the most unprofessional service I've EVER received! I took a dress to Liz's to have it hemmed for a wedding i'm in. when she pinned it, she only put 1 pin in the front. I've had several dresses hemmed before and they've always marked it a few places all the way around. She told me she's been doing this for years so I mistakenly trusted her. I picked up the dress without trying it on and when i got home to try it on, i was touching the ground in the front and back. I called and she said to bring it back in. I put it on for her and it was obviously longer in the back. She told me i was wearing it wrong and it needed to be pulled up in the back.(it wasn't like that when i tried it fer her the first time, nor does it stay like that.) She told me it would cost another $45 dollars to fix. To which I told her no. I'd rather just buy taller shoes for that. When I was leaving I asked for the material she took off because the bride needs it for the florists to wrap our bouquets in. She told me it wasn't mine and it belonged to her. To which of course I told her it didn't. She proceeded to cut it up in front of me. I grabbed it out of her hand. she grabbed it back and told me she needed it for evidence. I still have no clue why she thinks I'd sue her for $55. I grabbed it an left.



I thought I was being pretty good about the situation. She did a bad job and I was willing to take the loss and leave. I obviously wasn't happy about it, but it wasn't worth the argument. the fact that she thought she owned my leftover material and then was going to shred it is ridiculous and definitely more than I was willing to put up with.



DO NOT go to this lady! She is NOT good at what she does and the most unprofessional business owner I have EVER encountered!
