I've lived in East Bay for about 4 years now. Leased a condo from one of the owners.

About 9 months ago a guy and his wife moved in below us.

Dog hasn't stopped barking since they moved in. After complaints to the tenant went unanswered, owner complained to the Association.

They have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Too bad....nice complex.

However there are lots of others.

Bottom line: Don't get stuck in this association like I did...buy or lease somewhere else. I sure wouldn't want my investment depending on this Association...because they are USELESS!
