I have had to contact the Department of Agriculture with a complaint regarding possible discrimination, and the apparent denial of my case for no relevant reason for FAP Benefits... DHS is governed by the Dept. of Agriculture. If you feel that you are wronged by a caseworker I would suggest contacting them with your complaint.
