I have never had a bad experience at Walla Walla Transmission for the last 5 years using them. They are always willing to try to fit me in, and only give me the services I request. If they notice something they think I might need, they will bring it to my attention, but they don't push it on me. I've suggested Walla Walla Transmission to co-workers, and all of them have had similar experiences. They are always friendly, and some how they recognize my voice and instantly know who I am when I call on the phone. I feel like they're my personal life line when something is wrong with one of my vehicles.

In response to Becca-We strive to be honest and up front with our customers to save them time and money. We explained in January best case scenario repair was $370.00, parts-labor-tax, out the door, and upon returning in March, this is what was found: FOUND CODE P0753 RESETS ON TEST DRIVE AFTER CLEARING. DROPPED TRANSMISSION PAN --FOUND DEBRIS IN BOTTOM OF PAN, AND COOLANT INTERMIXED WITH TRANSMISSION FLUID. NOTIFIED CUSTOMER THAT RADIATOR/TRANSMISSION COOLER ASSEMBLY IS BROKEN INTERNALLY. TRANSMISSION OVERHAUL, RADIATOR REPLACEMENT, AND WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT ARE NECESSARY. CUSTOMER DECLINED AT THIS TIME. FILLED TRANSMISSION TO SPEC. FILLED RADIATOR TO SPEC. RETURNED VEHICLE TO CUSTOMER. Once the engine coolant has come into contact with transmission clutches, the glue that holds them on weakens, and can fall off. The only way we could have stood behind our repair, was for us to complete replacements listed above. Solenoid and fluid replacement, would have been a temporary fix.

Not very trustworthy...... tries to do more work on your car than is necessary. i will never use them again. and iam sure this rating wont stay for long.....they wont print reviews that are negative. kinda one sided here...but word of mouth is a lot. DONT TRUST WWT!

we were suppose to have a part put in our transmission, but instead they decided they would just rebuild it!! not enough money to be made to just replace a 500 $ part, instead they were going to commit fraud. the owners prior to this joker was sooo much better. we will NEVER GO TO WWT AGAIN! they suck!! go to argo transmission instead. at least they are honest....

This shop is amazing! They helped me with a fuel injector issue, and got me on the road fast. Not just a transmission shop, they do it all.
