Park Manor Rehabilitation Center is a 70-plus bed geriatric and rehabilitation facility. It offers a range of services, such as intravenous therapy, wound care, enteral feeding, restorative nursing, individualized care plans and hospice care. The center also offers therapeutic diets, social services, discharge planning, pharmacy, personal laundry, transportation and housekeeping services. In addition, it provides various rehabilitation services that include physical, speech and occupational therapies. The center organizes a variety of activities that includes exercise programs, social and recreational activities, arts and crafts, community outings, shopping trips and excursions. I came to Park Manor after having been hit by a car while walking, and I have significant injuries. I was at Harborview for 9 days before coming here. I have nothing but the highest praise for the care I have received, from the nurses and nurse assistants to the OT/PT staff. They have a weight room and a therapy pool. The rooms are so homey and it is very clean. I know that my recovery has been more rapid because of my care here.
