I called and asked for the manager. I asked if it was possible if I could still use a coupon that expired the day before. She said that she could not do anything it was out of her hands. I found out that she LIED she could of if she had wanted to. A manager from a different store had no problem what so ever. What was the real clincher was the same item was in there parking lot sale that month. That store has lost my business plus word of mouth..
