Had highlight and cut, as usual. Charged additional $10 for using "extra" -- my hair is very thin, baby fine, and shoulder-length. Been high ting for over 40 years, and this was a first for needing more than normal. No mention until it was time to pay. I will never return here, and I will follow up with a BBB complaint. Use this place only if you have $ to throw away. I sure don't.
