I like their professionalism, the calming environment and the option of having wine, fruit and smoothies while being pampered :}

very nice place and the technicians do a very good job. Their prices are just too high for me. I guess the prices they charge is paying for the complementary drinks and snacks they provide. I have gone in having a certain price already set in my mind to pay and it ends up being $10 to $15 more. They will definitely lose clients in Waldorf with all the other shops around that can also provide the same kind of good service.
