Called for days before getting a response back from Crystal. She quoted us $199 for pellet stove service and chimney sweep. The day of the service the techs were late. Then they only did half of the job. To top it off they charged an extra $100. So the services I was originally quoted $199 turned into $299. Spent all day trying to figure out what went wrong. Called Crystal multiple times with no response. Mark finally calls me back and leaves a message saying "it was a miscommunication on our end on what services were needed. However, the pellet stove service is 299 and the sweep is 299. So if you'd like we can schedule another service to come out and service the chimney."
So now they want $299 more to come out and finish the services that were originally requested and qouted $199 for. Nah, they're not getting me again, I'm Good! Thinking about contacting the news and posting on social media to warn potential customers.

I've never had a chimney cleaning before, and I was impressed with the entire process. first I had a real live person answer the phone and answer my questions. (didn't have to leave a message like all the other numbers I called). I was given an aprox appointment time 8 - 11am. They arrived timely, and performed their service in a neat and professional manner. the technicians were uniformed and the truck was professional lettered which gave me more confidence that they were the real deal. My exerience was great and I'd highly recommend them.

Worst scam actor I've ever had in my house. Didn't do a cleaning, fear inducing chimney doom talk (I'm a volunteer fireman and know the b.s. they were doling out) and then tried to force a new unit. A job for $218 and they didn't even do the job and tried to rip us off AND scare the hell out me and my family. Unprofessional, unethical, avoid at all costs.
