Do not waste your time, take your vehicle some where else. They work on too many cars at once, they'll just let your car sit. They say they'll call you back to give you updates on your car, but they never do, you have to call them. They don't want to call you back because they don't want to have to tell you your car is still not being worked on. I told the shop manager that I should have taken my car some place else to get it repaired, and he agreed with me. It's now July 3rd 2018, my car has been at Classic Auto Body since June 11th, and all they have done is taken it apart and ordered parts, now they say it is sitting waiting to be put in the rotation to be fixed...soon it will be a month, and no car. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CLASSIC AUTO BODY FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!!! They may reply to this review and say they had to wait on parts, which is what they did tell me, but at this point, since they don't call me back with updates, since they told me I should have taken may car someplace else to get it repaired, I don't trust them, nor do believe anything they say. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CLASSIC AUTO BODY FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!

Great service at a great price.



There were many things about this body shop that stood out to me as I was getting my repair.



1. I saved $250 here compared to another quote from another local body shop for a bumper repair.



2. The estimate was free! Many of the other places I called said I would have to pay $10 or $20 for an estimate.



3. The service was very friendly and the repair was handled in a timely fashion.



4. They were very detailed in everything, from the inspection, to the actual work, to showing me the completed job and receipts. I was highly satisfied with the attention they paid to my car.



5. When I picked up my car after the new bumper had been installed, they had unexpectedly washed my car, both inside and out for free!



If I ever need another repair I will definitely go back to these guys.
