Mr. Escalona submitted a bid for a a fair price to replace the floors in three bathrooms. He was precise in his planning and execution of his work, punctual and careful. He was easy to deal with, and he took great care with his work in the three worksites, Not surprisingly, all three the floors look wonderful and probably are the nicest things in my house.

I contacted Absolute L & K Contracting after the windstorm in the DMV area this March for a fascia trim repair for about 12 inches of trim and Mr. Louie did not hesitate to proceed with my repair. He stopped pass my home to review the repair issue and contacted me immediately with a reasonable quote. I had contacted other companies and they tried to overcharge me for the repair since it was a small job. He promised that the job would be completed within a few days and he kept his word. I will definitely contact Absolute L & K (Mr. Louie) again for future repairs.

Superb professional. Super knowledgeable and can deal with any task you present to him. Completely explains, in detail, all repairs and issues that need to dealt with and his plan to fix. Pleasant, personable and pays great attention to every minor detail of all he works on. Great craftsmanship. Highly recommended. Mr. Escalona and his staff have provided multiple services for us that have included repairing water damaged, moldy walls, painting, installing light fixtures, power washing and deck restoration to name a few. His work is completed in a very professional manner, paying much attention to detail. He takes extra care in protecting furniture, floors, etc. and is meticulous when cleaning up. I highly recommend Absolute L&K Contracting and will readily use them in the future.

I had Absolute L&K contracting come out and look at my main bathroom because the plumber put a sink and a vanity but didn't put the sink or the vanity up against the wall. All I needed was to fill in the gap between the wall and the sink so that it'll look normal. Well let me tell you I am thrilled with the work Louie and his worker did just for my sink it now looks wonderful! Like nothing was ever wrong with it.

Very responsive and great customer service.  I asked for an estimate and was there the next day.   My house in need of pressure washing and front porch was in need of repair,  I was very impressed with high quality of materials used and workmanship.  My front porch, not only looked brand new,  but built better than when I purchased the home from my builder.  Professionalism throughout the entire job.  Definitely a satisfied customer, I would highly recommend.

He was right on time. He laid down a tarp from my front door to the master bedroom befoe bringing in any of his material and he and his helper both wore shoe covers while in my house. I had 6 very large pieces of drywall that electricians cut out of my wall and 3 of which they (the electricians) screwed back in so 2 of my walls were an absolute mess. When Louie was done you couldn't even tell that the walls had been fixed he blended everything so well. Also when he was here he noticed a very large area in the hall bathroom that need to be shackled and painted so he went ahead and fixed that wall as well, I am extremely pleased with the work that he did and would not hesitate to recommend Absolute L&K Contracting, Inc.

Absolute L & K did such a great job on replacing my roof. The clean up was very well done. I received several estimates and they offered me the best deal for my money. I would definetly recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Luis arrived early and quickly assessed the work that needed to be done. Work was promptly repaired to my satisfaction. The price was very reasonable. Very friendly to work with. I plan on calling this company for future home projects.
