My wife and I have previously taken our vehicles here for all repairs without any issues. I'm not sure if I just had an isolated problem or what, but I was very dissatisfied with the service I received this time. I took my car in on a Thursday for a repair. I was told it would be best to bring it back and drop it off. I did so for Saturday morning. They checked one issue briefly, but due to them not being open for a full day, the recommended that I bring it back and leave it for 2 days. I explained that this would be difficult since I use my car for work, but that I would work on it. I also asked if an appointment was necessary. I was told no. Then, I brought my car back on the following Sunday night, left for all day Monday and Tuesday, and included a note explaining that I only had 2 days to leave it. I had to borrow a car from a friend for one of those days, and I had to take a day off for the other. Monday came with no feedback regarding the car. I called twice on Tuesday. The first time I was told that someone would call me with an update later. I called again an hour and 45 minutes before the shop closed only to be told that they hadn't even gotten to it to look at it at all. I was shocked. I explained that I would have expected a call at least, but the response I was given was that I should have called before leaving it, despite having been told previously that an appointment wasn't necessary. It was presented to me as though it were my fault that they hadn't worked on the car, or bothered to tell me early enough on that they weren't going to be able to get to it by the end of the second day. I was very frustrated with the customer service, and I did not appreciate being made to feel like the issue was somehow my fault. We will not be taking our cars back to this establishment, and we will not be recommending them to anyone else.

I have seen Jeff in the past and although his work was great... honest and fast... his "bed side manner" was lacking big time. It was soup nazi from seinfeld ... his way or the highway. There is a New Management there named Renee. She handles things with great tact. The honestly is still there as my diagnosis on computer was free. She even got under there and was doing it herself! Power woman if ever saw one! She cared for my car like it was her own and even shared that they could now take care of restoration needs as well because they own Capital auto-body right next door as well. Wife backed into mailbox... again. Travis there was great and you could see the staff all loved working there. That means a lot. I have joined their family as a customer for life. Thanks again Guys.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Wakefield Automotive for the 4 years I've been here because Jeff is an extremely honest individual and his shop does superior work with a quick turn around at very affordable prices. I never think twice about bringing my car to Wakefield Automotive for anything it needs.
