My experience was not a good one. Hired Cady construction to build us a house. They cut corners, charged for custom fixtures however used builder grade everything. Cabinets chipped easily. Floors squeek, items out of code, granite not polished or sealed correctly, (has gullies in the stone.) Windows wrong.....the list goes on. Got the run around , finally had to pay twice to repair items and or get items back into code. Cost alot of money. Had two gas leaks moving in and so much more incompetent workmanship. For a custom home, wood trim does not fit together. Carpets not stretched properly. In changing carpets a neighbor pulled up carpet to find shims of cardboard not wood. Did not do our design for various items....did what they wanted to do. Did not want a deck , instead wanted steps and landing but got deck , which was specified as not wanting. Got deck and had to pay. Left us no time to check out house before moving in before signing time. Very hard to work with. Would never purchase another house built by Cady Construction or recommend.
