My fiancé and I were really excited to work with Frank he came to our house and spent hours with us discussing different options. He even invited my fiancé over to his house to see his pool. He then said he would have a written design for us by that Thursday and he would then be on vacation until that next Monday. We never received the written design and two weeks later now he has never contacted us. We have called, emailed, and text him with absolutely no response. We were ready to start our project ASAP and now we have to start over with a new company. The way he has treated us was very unprofessional and a complete waste of our time
