I hired Glenn Day for a second time to appraise our home. Not only did he fail to do the appraisal at all, but when I called him about the appraisal he hung up on me without discussing it with me at all. I believe this was the most unprofessional way to behave that he could have done. Failure to communicate was the first, and hanging up on a customer was the second. I would NOT recommend him to ANYONE for ANY reason. He should be ashamed of himself.
