I became a dietitian because I wanted to help people improve their health using foods and nutrition. My passion is providing people with the key information they need for weight loss, diabetes management, improving heart health and wellness. My approach is to provide easy-to-understand nutrition information, which will help patients to achieve their unique health goals. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gardening, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
