The true test of good customer service and character doesn't happen when everything goes right. They did a great job replacing the rear differential on our van, so when the rear air conditioning system failed I took it back to them to check it out.

They replaced the compressor and thought that would do the trick. Not an inexpensive repair. We drove the van for a bit and the rear air failed again. So we took it back. They fixed a leaky O ring and sealed additional lines for not additional charge. We drove it again for a bit and the rear air failed again. So we took it back and they figured it out. They made additional repairs and again didn't charge us for the additional labor or parts. They simply "made it right" as the owner promised he would. Not only that, but the owner personally delivered the van back to our house so we wouldn't have to go get it ourselves.
