My husband bought me a spa package from here. When I went to have the services rendered, everything went okay. Not great but okay. He had bought me before someone special package which according to The website included a deep tissue massage, manicure, pedicure and a drink for $150.



When I went in they told me that the package included a facial, which I did try to correct them on. After they insisted that it included it, I had the massage and facial. After the massage and facial my hair had oil and lotion all and it causing it to be extremely greasy, this is never happened to me before during a massage, but I just thought it was a good excuse to get my hair washed and styled while I was there. I went to have my manicure and pedicure. The woman asked me what kind of manicure and pedicure I wanted I went with the classic since I knew it was included in the package. When I picked out my nail polish, she asked me if I would like her to fade it (like an ombre) I said sure. When she was finished, I went to ask about getting my hair washed and styled since it was full of oil and lotion from the massage And facial. They fit me in.



After this was all done, I went to pay. She told me the amount was almost double what The package cost was. The package cost was $150, as I was checking out she quoted me 278 (that's almost $300 with tip.) I asked her why it was so much, she told me the package was 190, she also told me it cost extra for my nails to have been faded, and then of course I knew about the $35 to get my hair washed and styled. However, that was still an extra $90 that I was not expecting! I pulled out my phone and showed her on their website where the package was quoted $150. She then told me that was an old website and they now have a new one. I asked her why it was still up, she said that they just haven't taken it down yet. They did not honor the price that I was clearly shown on the website. I also am very upset that I wasn't told to fade would cost extra, when the nail stylist asked me if I wanted it I just assumed it was free because she didn't tell me it was going to cost more. They didn't even use extra products for it, she used a brush to fade it.



Were my services okay? Yes. Were they were $300? No. However I am much more upset at the fact that they did not honor the price that I was given prior to coming in. It very clearly stated what the package cost was on the website, I also am very upset that I was not told that the nails were going to be an extra $50. This should have been put forward. They were not worth it.



If you want to know what your paying and get your moneys worth, I do not recommend this place. By the way, I was a repeat client, I've been there a few times before. If that is how they treat the repeat clients I definitely don't want to be one.
