Dong Yang Inn is a hidden gem of a Korean restaurant, except for those who live in the Wahiawa area. There are better known Korean restaurants in town, but none that will provide you with a tastier Korean meal at an unbeatable price. The meat jun is the specialty of the house. The meat is tender and I can't say enough about the sauce. The BBQ plate is also pretty special. All the plates are heaped with steamed rice and come with various prepared vegetables and macaroni / potato salad. If this wasn't enough, it also comes with two types of kim chee and soup. Definitely better than any of the drive inns / plate lunch places and a way better deal. You won't believe the prices for the quality AND quantity of food.

Make a trek to Dong Yang everytime we visit Hawaii.
